Dr. Shailesh Sivan

Dr Shailesh Sivan is a distinguished technology evangelist, educator, and researcher with substantial experience in both academic and industry settings. Dr. Shailesh Sivan has awarded with B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Kerala University, and M.Tech in Computer and Information Science from Cochin University of Science and Technology(CUSAT). He earned M.Sc in Mathematics from Madras University And received his Ph.D. from Department of Computer Applications, CUSAT. He has 8+ years of teaching and research experience , also 4 years of relevant industrial experience as a Senior Software Engineer in the IT industry. His core areas of interest span various Artificial Intelligence and Data Science domains, including Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, NLP, Data Mining, and Soft Computing. Dr Shailesh Sivan has consistently demonstrated their expertise by successfully cracking and qualifying the UGC NET/JRF and GATE exams multiple times. He is dedicated to excelling in technology research and development, aiming to make significant contributions to the evolving digital era. His research excellence is evident from his 50+ publications in reputed international journals, conferences and book chapters. He has two patents(one granted and one published) in his credit. Recently he authored and published a book on “Algorithm Thinking with Python” which sold over 3000+ copies.
